Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your PhonaLab Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • Your account automatically reverts to the Free tier after the billing period ends
  • You retain access to your account and can continue using Free tier features

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment, if you have not used more than 10 analyses
  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at phonalab@gmail.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Subscriptions older than 7 days
  • Accounts that have used significant service resources
  • Change of mind after the 7-day period
  • Failure to cancel before renewal date

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. For billing inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received.
